Build log

Newest first. The left rail shows the date, the short commit hash, the repository and the lines added and removed.

Ten squares show the added share against the removed share, rounded, so read the numbers for the exact counts. A diffstat measures how much changed, not how good the change is. Atom feed.

Headers check published

The first build of this site shipped the Headers check, a linter for HTTP response headers that runs in the browser. Its parsing and rule logic are pure functions with a test written from hand-made cases, including broken input.

Checked
The test passes, and the _headers file of this site passes its own linter.
Not checked
The linter reads pasted text. It has not been compared with the output of another header scanner.

deadroomventures.com credits RoamingPigs in its footer

A colophon row in the footer of deadroomventures.com now says the site is built and maintained by RoamingPigs, and links here.

Checked
The row is in the source of every page of that site.
Not checked
The link has not been followed from a production page.

Platform fee table, stamped with the date each rate was verified

luminacreativestudio.com now carries a table of platform fees. It covers Etsy, Gumroad and Shopify rates, each verified on 2026-10-13, and the page shows that date next to the figures.

Checked
The table lists the platform, the rates, the source and the verification date for every row.
Not checked
Rates after that date. Fees change, so a row is unverified once it is older than its stamp.

MCP simulator follows the 2026-07-28 revision

Research for the build found that the Model Context Protocol revision dated 2026-07-28 removes the initialize handshake. The simulator on flowcraftlabs.com still opened with that handshake, so it now follows the revision, with a toggle that restores the old flow.

Checked
The revision text was read during research.
Not checked
The simulator was not run against a real client.

security.txt, data and accessibility pages added to deadroomventures.com

The parent site gained a security.txt file at the standard /.well-known/ location, a data page and an accessibility page. The same commit adds a table that maps each brand to its legal entity and states the assumptions behind the simulator.

Checked
The commit contains the security.txt file, the data page and the accessibility page.
Not checked
None of it is live yet, so nothing was checked on the production address.

Forecaster defaults now come from vendor data

The retainer forecaster on nexusclientops.com starts from defaults sourced from vendor data. The reply rates in that data run from 0.45% to 3.43%, a wide range, so the page presents the forecaster as an illustration and not as a promise of results.

Checked
The defaults and their sources are on the page, and the forecaster maths has a test.
Not checked
Whether any user’s own reply rate falls inside that range.

Five sites built

codepillarstudio.com, flowcraftlabs.com, luminacreativestudio.com, nexusclientops.com and deadroomventures.com were built as static sites. The five commits listed beside this entry are the builds. Status is pre-launch, because checkout links are not connected.

Checked
The brief for each build required a render in a real browser at phone, tablet and desktop widths before it counted as built.
Not checked
None of the five was checked on a production address.

Correction: two domains were not redirects

An early note in our domain registry called two RoamingPigs domains redirects. They serve full sites. Fetching both domains and reading what came back showed the error, and the note was fixed. A registry line now counts as a claim until a fetch backs it.

Checked
Both domains were fetched and the response bodies read.
Not checked
No commit is listed for this entry, so the date is the only evidence shown.
